…singing from hell through heaven… est une exploration expérimentale et performative de la voix en tant qu’instrument vivant de transformation.

Ici, la voix devient une force génératrice – viscérale, étendue et imprévisible – entremêlée à des sons électroniques pour révéler de nouveaux terrains d’expression.

Grâce à une approche minimaliste du traitement numérique, elle se dévoile comme un matériau flexible, capable de passer d’une tonalité à l’autre, d’une langue à l’autre et d’un paysage émotionnel à l’autre.

Adelaida tisse un monde électro-acoustique où la voix oscille entre intimité et immensité, matière et mythe, présence et écho, traçant les contours de ce que signifie chanter au-delà du corps.

…singing from hell through heaven… is an experimental and performative exploration of the voice as a living instrument of transformation. Here, the voice becomes a generative force—visceral, expansive, and unpredictable—entwined with electronic sound to reveal new terrains of expression. Through a minimalist approach to digital processing, it unfolds as a flexible material, capable of shifting across tonalities, languages, and emotional landscapes. Adelaida weaves an electroacoustic world where the voice moves between intimacy and vastness, matter and myth, presence and echo—tracing the contours of what it means to sing beyond the body.

Adelaida vit et travaille sous la pleine lune. Sirène en hiver, sorcière en été, elle utilise sa voix comme un sortilège. Chantant de l’enfer au paradis, elle se transforme sur scène de phénix en rhapsode, de rhapsode en sirène…

Son travail considère la voix comme un être vivant : expressif, rituel, en constante évolution. Couche après couche, Adelaida construit des chœurs de souffle et d’échos qui tissent l’électronique dans la chair et invoquent des chansons qui brouillent les frontières entre l’organique et le numérique, entre la présence et la mémoire.

Ses créations prennent souvent la forme de cérémonies immersives. Cántaro (2022), son premier album, a donné naissance à un univers choral-électronique qui l’a conduite à des festivals tels que Eufònic, Primavera Sound, BAM et SheMakesNoise. Son deuxième album, Muérdago, a été présenté avec succès au Sónar 2024 et lui a permis de partir en tournée à travers l’Europe et le Mexique.

Adelaida lives and works in the full moon. A mermaid in winter, a witch in summer; she summons her voice in a spell. Singing from hell through heaven, on stage she transforms from phoenix to rhapsode, from rhapsode to siren… Her work listens to the voice as a living creature — expressive, ritualistic, ever-changing. Layer by layer, she builds choirs of breath and echoes, weaving electronics into flesh, summoning songs that blur the borders between the organic and the digital, between presence and memory. Her creations often emerge as immersive ceremonies. Cántaro (2022), her first album, poured a choral-electronic world that carried her to festivals such as Eufònic, Primavera Sound, BAM, and SheMakesNoise. Her second album, Muérdago, successfully premiered at Sónar 2024, and has taken her to tour across Europe and Mexico.
